Q. I ordered a subscription and I still have not received my magazine.
A.
You should expect to receive your first issue between 4-6 weeks. If for any reason it has passed 6 weeks and you still have not received an issue, please contact a customer service agent at 1-800-996-3977 x106. There could be an error in your information or address, or perhaps just a problem with your local post office.

Q. It’s the beginning of the month, why have I not received my (insert month) issue yet?
A.
You should expect to receive your issue within the first 7 business days of the month. Because of processing and shipping we are unable to guarantee the time when your issue will arrive. If you do not receive your issue by the end of the 2nd week of the month, please contact us at 1-800-996-3977 x106 so we can assist you.


Q. I see the new issue on the newsstand but why haven't I received mine yet?
A.
Because of postal variances, we know that we cannot guarantee that you will receive your subscription before newsstands. If you do not receive your issue by the end of the 2nd week of the month, please contact us at 1-800-996-3977 x106 so we can assist you.

Q. I recently moved and I need to change my address. What should I do?
A.
Please inform us as soon as possible to avoid missing any issues. You can you can use our support form and state your name, and your old and new address. You may also call us at 1-800-996-3977 x106. Please note that failure to notify us of an address change may result in losing the issues that were sent to your former address.

Q. When should I expect my order of books/backissues to arrive?
A.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your shipment to arrive. International orders may take up to 10-12 business days.

Q. I am interesting in your magazine. Can you please send me a sample issue?
A. Due to postal regulations and other technicalities we are unable to send out sample issues. What we can do is start you off with a one subscription with a bill included. For any reason you are unhappy with this magazine or do not wish to subscribe you may write CANCEL across the bill and send it back to us. If we do not receive a notification that you wish to cancel after the first issue we will assume that you wish to continue your subscription for one year and will be billed accordingly.

Q. I am a huge fan of _______! Could you please tell me his/her address?
A. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate individual celebrity address requests. However we list 300 celebrity addresses in every Autograph Collector issue. We also encourage you to sign up for our free weekly e-zine where we send an additional number of celebrity addresses each week.

Q. I just sent in my payment. Why did I receive another bill?
A. We prepare bills several days in advance. If you recently sent in your payment please disregard the bill, it may have been sent out while your payment was still in the mail or before it has been processed.

Q. I have a piece of memorabilia/autograph. Could you please tell me what its worth?
A. Due to a high volume of appraisal requests unfortunately we are unable to offer this service. Many companies offer full appraisals at a fee, you can contact one of our advertisers.

Q. When does my subscription expire?
A. Please contact a customer support agent for your account’s expiration date at 1-800-996-3977 x106. You may also inquire about your expiration date by using our support form
